Purposeful design across two mudflap options. V-Rib™ combines structural reinforcement with a smooth front face for custom branding. V-Rib™ Anti-Spray adds a directional V-shaped surface pattern designed to help control and redirect road spray. Both incorporate V-Structural™ Technology for shape retention and controlled flexibility.
The backbone of the V-Structural™ system. T-Bar provides central structural support to help the mudflap maintain its intended form. Designed to reduce the sail effect and support stability on the road, it helps retain the mudflap’s shape while working alongside the flexibility provided by F-Force.
Controlled flex starts with how force is distributed. F-Force uses moulded filleted reinforcement—rounded transitions at structural junctions—to spread flexing forces across a broader area. This helps reduce concentrated stress at critical points, supporting tear resistance while allowing the mudflap to flex.
A larger, smooth front face provides up to 45% more advertising space per mudflap for custom-printed logos and fleet branding. Structural reinforcement is incorporated into the design while giving your brand more room to stand out on the road.
